Manage and maintain DQ files in compliance with DOT regulations
Oversee DOT drug & alcohol testing
Support driver training and safety onboarding
Monitor compliance, incidents, and safety-related documentation
Work closely with dispatch, HR, and management on safety matters
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Proven experience in DOT safety, compliance, and driver files (DQ)
Good understanding of FMCSA regulations, drug & alcohol testing, and safety procedures
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
